CALL FOR PAPERS

The 4th Cyber-Physical Systems Society of Iran (CPSSI) International Symposium on Real-Time and Embedded Systems and Technologies (RTEST) will be held on May 30-31, 2022 at Iran University of Science and Technology (IUST), Tehran, Iran. RTEST 2022 (https://rtest2022.iust.ac.ir/) invites papers presenting design, implementation and verification of real-time embedded technologies and cyber physical systems in the following tracks:

  • Cyber-Physical Systems (CPS)
  • Internet-of-Things (IoT)
  • Embedded Software and Hardware

RTEST provides an environment to present the last achievements of the researchers covering all aspects of theoretical and practical areas, reporting design, analysis, implementation, evaluation, and empirical results, of real-time and embedded systems, IoT, and CPS. In this regard, RTEST 2022 welcomes the submission of papers in English in the following areas including (but not limited to):

  • Real-time software and applications
  • Embedded hardware
  • Multicore and many-core embedded systems
  • Networked/distributed real-time/embedded systems
  • Real-time scheduling and resource management
  • WCET estimation
  • Real-time networked control systems
  • Control-scheduling co-design
  • Real-time and embedded operating systems
  • Hardware/software co-design
  • System-level design
  • Modeling and model-based design of CPS
  • Formal verification of CPS
  • Compilers for embedded systems
  • Testing and debugging of embedded and real-time systems
  • Dependability in real-time embedded systems
  • Quality-of-Service (QoS) management
  • Power and thermal management
  • Energy efficiency and optimization
  • Machine-learning techniques in resource-constrained embedded systems
  • AI/ML for IoT and embedded systems
  • Analytical foundations of IoT
  • Reliability, security, timeliness, and robustness in IoT and CPS
  • Data streaming architectures and machine learning analytics for IoT and CPS
  • CPS and IoT applications, including smart cities, healthcare, and brain-machine interface.

Although authors will choose which tracks to submit papers to, a paper may be redirected to a more appropriate track. Accepted papers from all tracks will appear in the main program.
