First of all, we would like to say congratulation to the authors of all accepted papers. Bellow, the authors of accepted papers can find the instructions to submit their camera-ready versions:

• After applying the reviewers’ comments, please prepare the word/tex and pdf versions of your manuscript according to the templates which can be found above (for the papers which were produced by tex compilers, a zip file containing all of the required sources to generate the pdf file should be send besides the final pdf file).
• Please note to put the right RTEST 2022 copyright notice at the left-bottom of the first page:
  • For papers in which all authors are employed by the US government, the copyright notice is: U.S. Government work not protected by U.S. copyright
  • For papers in which all authors are employed by a Crown government (UK, Canada, and Australia), the copyright notice is: 978-1-6654-9910-1/22/$31.00 ©2022 Crown
  • For papers in which all authors are employed by the European Union, the copyright notice is: 978-1-6654-9910-1/22/$31.00 ©2022 European Union
  • For all other papers the copyright notice is: 978-1-6654-9910-1/22/$31.00 ©2022 IEEE
• Please note to consider the publication title of the conference at the first page as it is illustrated in RTEST 2022 paper template.
• All the camera-ready pdfs should pass the checks by the IEEE pdfexpress tool which can be found at this link
  • Log in to the IEEE PDF eXpress site
    • First-time users should do the following:
      • Select the New Users – Click Here link. Enter the following:
        • 56034X for the Conference ID
        • your email address
        • a password
      • Continue to enter information as prompted.
      • An Online confirmation will be displayed and an email confirmation will be sent verifying your account setup.
    • Previous users of PDF eXpress need to follow the above steps, but should enter the same password that was used for previous conferences. Verify that your contact information is valid.

• Please check and pay the registration fee according to the instructions mentioned here. Send the receipt file with manuscript files (pdf+word/tex zip file) to rtest2022@iust.ac.ir by email with the subject template “camera-ready version of paper #x”. Please note if you are going to use any discount (you are IEEE or CPSSI member) you should provide the verification documents and send them in the email.
• Please note that in the following days one of the authors of each accepted paper will receive an email from the IEEE eCF with the instructions to transfer the copyright of the accepted paper to IEEE. Please check your email carefully (even your spam folder) and follow the instructions in the mentioned email until the copyright transfers successfully.
